• The Safe Deposit: Company has over 1,000 safe deposit boxes of various sizes and a large room for media storage, located inside a secure vault and available to individuals and companies in the Oslo area and anywhere in the world.

    The facility has the security of a bank vault with the benefit of seven-days-a-week availability.

    Convenient parking and one level building access provide easy entrance.

    Safe deposit box rentals are available for one month, 3-months, 6-months, or one year. There are nine locker sizes from which to choose.

    Accessing your box requires identification, a personal key, a guard key, and a sign-in procedure. Carts are provided for moving your personal items to a private coupon room. We respect your privacy when you are here and will assist you only when requested.

    If you ever need a record of your visits to the Vault, we have that information available. Come for a tour, meet our staff, and select a box for your needs!

 

  • Security:  The safe deposit boxes are located in a secure vault which is climate controlled, fire protected, and encased in six walls of reinforced steel concrete.  The Safe Deposit Company is equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic security system, connected to the fire and police stations, and provides immediate responses.  A surveillance system is throughout the interior and exterior of the building.  Security Guards require identification and security protocols for entrance to the building.

    Safe Deposit Box Rentals:  There are many locker sizes from which to choose and media storage for electronic records on portable devices.  All 

    Safe Deposit Boxes are within the Vault where the temperature is maintained between 68 and 72 degrees, and humidity between 40% and 50%.  The air is filtered for dust 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • Safe Deposit Company
    Statutory requirements for the organization of a safe deposit company are contained in Article XV of the Banking Law. To assist you in meeting these requirements, we enclose material outlining the procedures to be followed and the information which incorporators should provide in a “Certificate of Merit” supporting an application.
    Prior to the preparation of a formal application, an outline of the proposed business plan should be submitted to The Prime Guard Freight. At a minimum, the outline should include the rationale for organizing the proposed institution, the market segment it expects to serve, the names and occupations of the incorporators, the name and experience of the candidate for the position of Chief Executive Officer, and the proposed capitalization. If available, financial projections should also be included.
    Upon review of the plan, a representative from Prime Guard Freight will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss the proposal.
